Welcome to slamzees.com (the "Site"). We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site ("Visitors") who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by The Beverage Ranch LLC (collectively, "Services") ("Authorized Customers").
Refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security number, and credit card information. We do not build user profiles, and nothing on this Site requires an account. The only Personally Identifiable Information we hold is what a Visitor chooses to type into one of our forms and send us — the contact form, and the international enquiry form on slamzees.com/international/. Both are described below.
Contact form. We collect the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you submit. We use them only to answer you. The submission is delivered to the relevant Beverage Ranch inbox and is kept in that inbox for as long as the enquiry is useful to answer or follow up on.
International enquiry form (for importers and distributors). We collect your company name, your name, your business email address, the country or market you cover, your role, the number of retail doors you service, the product formats you are interested in, and — if you choose to answer them — what else you currently carry, whether you distribute a competing ready-to-drink brand, and anything else you tell us. We also record that you ticked the consent box.
Why we collect it. To send you the requested brand presentation and partner information automatically, and so that Beverage Ranch can assess whether there is a fit and reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form. We do not use these details for any other purpose, we do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who sees it. Beverage Ranch LLC. The submission is delivered by email through our email service provider and is held in our business mailboxes; no other third party receives it, and it is not shared with distributors, importers, or any other Authorized Customer.
How long we keep it. Enquiries are held for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. We keep no separate database, spreadsheet, or CRM record of these forms — the email is the only copy.
Withdrawing consent, and deletion. You can withdraw your consent or ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time, with no need to give a reason, by emailing info@beverageranch.com or info@slamzees.com. We will action the request and confirm it. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area you also have the rights listed under "Your rights" below, including the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
No tracking beyond the Site's own analytics. The international enquiry page carries no advertising pixels and no third-party ad tags. Both forms use a hidden anti-spam field and a minimum fill time; neither profiles you.
We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site. We may email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Authorized Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.
Personally Identifiable Information about Authorized Customers may be shared with other Authorized Customers who wish to evaluate potential transactions with other Authorized Customers. We may share aggregated information about our Visitors, including the demographics of our Visitors and Authorized Customers, with our affiliated agencies and third party vendors. We also offer the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.
Personally Identifiable Information collected by The Beverage Ranch LLC is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of The Beverage Ranch LLC except for use as indicated above.
Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting us at info@slamzees.com.

The Beverage Ranch LLC does not use login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, browser version, pages visited, date and time of visit, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user's movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.
The Beverage Ranch LLC has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information.
All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain access to the information. We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is protected by encryption protocols in place to protect information sent over the Internet. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering, and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Customers for any such occurrences.
Visitors and Authorized Customers may contact us to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any inaccuracies by emailing us at info@slamzees.com.
We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting us. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
These are summarized rights that you have under data protection law: the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to complain to a supervisory authority, and the right to withdraw consent.
Those under the age of 21 years of age are not authorized or permitted to view our site, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 21 years.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please get in touch with us immediately using the contact details provided. If we come to know that children below 18 years have provided personal information, we will delete the information from our servers immediately.
